Your tasks
- Analysis of security incidents and support in resolving security gaps
- Independent management of security events and incidents including customer communication
- Monitoring the current security situation and deriving recommendations for action
- Creation of concepts for preventing and defending against attacks
- Quality assurance and optimization of use cases, rules and rule books for the corresponding security services
- Participation in the development and implementation of customer-specific IT security solutions
- Support for internal and external audits
- Support in the implementation of data protection, quality and information security requirements
- Sales support through presentation and assistance at customer meetings
- Participation in on-call service in our service team
your profile
- IT technical training, e.g. as an IT specialist (IHK) or a degree in computer science
- several years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of IT security (e.g. Threat Prevention, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Network and Endpoint Protection)
- great interest in technical innovations and topics related to SOAR, SIEM, XDR, NDR, EDR, VAS
- Certifications CompTIA CYSA+ and in standard security technologies (such as: logpoint, darktrace, defender, sentinel) are an advantage
- Practical knowledge in the areas of network, application and content security
- very good analytical skills and a proactive, structured approach to tasks
- Strong teamwork skills and a high willingness to work independently with a good communication style
- Enjoy dealing with customers and have a high level of service orientation
- very good knowledge of spoken and written German as well as good knowledge of English
