To bring more great experiences to our global customers, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable teammate to join our Content Marketing Team in Berlin as a Senior Project Manager.

This is a contract position from August 2024 - September 2025 with the possibility of an extension.

Team mission

The Content Marketing team is responsible for the creation and development of the most customer-centric content at scale, enabling customers to plan, book, and experience our suppliers’ unforgettable experiences with confidence. We are looking for a hands-on, growth-oriented, tech-savvy Senior Project Manager to join the team and help us take content to the next level. You will be responsible for test planning and driving our approach for content quality at scale, working closely with both tech and marketing teams to understand and build scalable solutions for performance-driving optimizations.

You will:

• Data-driven goal setting for content production
• Coordinate with tech on developing customer- and supplier-facing initiatives and metrics to measure and improve content quality at scale
• Analyze data to evaluate content performance, uncover opportunities, and leverage insights to create buy-in and influence teams’ roadmaps
• Work alongside production ops to ensure the tech, tooling, and process setup is aligned with the needs and the direction of the team
• Create proposals to test, validate, and scale content marketing optimizations that positively impact customers’ and suppliers’ experience
• Keep up to date with the latest tech and how it could be leveraged to ensure quicker and more efficient testing cycles
• Manage strategic projects to implement new learnings in collaboration with stakeholders

Who you are

• You are based in Berlin or are willing to relocate. We operate on a hybrid work model and value in-person interaction in our office a minimum of 3 days per week.
• 5+ years of professional experience in project management, product operations, or content marketing
• You are highly analytical and are very comfortable with data to create reports, prioritize topics, and identify areas for further investigation and technical improvements
• You are a fast learner with a knack for problem-solving to come up with innovative and creative solutions in a very dynamic environment in an organized way with great attention to detail
• You have superb English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly, and you can communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences
• You are familiar with the world of digital visual content management and metadata and have some understanding of working with visual content in an e-commerce environment
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about working at the intersection of tech and creativity to develop and drive scalable solutions for visual content.
