What you can expect
- In unseren Projekten unterstützt Du eigenverantwortlich, eingebettet in unsere Projektteams, die Führungskräfte namhafter Kunden aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen bei der Digitalisierung ihres Kerngeschäfts.
- Du übernimmst frühzeitig Verantwortung für (Teil-)Projekte, Fachthemen und Menschen in Abhängigkeit von Deiner Erfahrung.
- Du überführst topaktuelle Technologie-Trends in neuartige Geschäftsideen und leitest daraus tragfähige Geschäftsmodelle und Strategien ab.
- Durch Kunden-, Wettbewerbs- und Best-Practice-Analysen schaffst Du fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Wissens- und Erfahrungsträger auf Kundenseite bindest Du in innovativen Workshop-Formaten gezielt in die Ergebnisgestaltung ein.
This is what you bring along
- Ein überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit einem Fokus im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technik, IT oder Innovation.
- Relevante Berufserfahrung von mindestens zwei Jahren im Strategie- / Digital-/ E-Commerce-Bereich eines Unternehmens oder in einer etablierten Unternehmensberatung.
- Fundierte Erfahrung und Begeisterung in mehreren der folgenden Themen: Digitale Geschäftsmodelle, Unternehmensstrategie, Change-Management, Transformationsmanagement, (agile) Organisationsentwicklung, Coaching, Multi-Channel, Customer Experience, Online Marketing, CRM, M-/ E-Commerce, IT-Systeme, IoT, Connected Life.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Denkvermögen und Ergebnisorientierung als auch Führungspotential oder erste Führungserfahrung, überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch.
