Your tasks:
- Managing the global organizational unit CTO Solutions. Establish procedures, technical standards and methodologies, and priorities
- Leading direct subordinate managers and employees
- Responsible for the short to medium term implementation of the unit's functional strategy and operational direction
- Ensuring the availability of CTO IT services and compliance with budgets within the framework of agreed goals and KPIs on a global level
- Define and lead global initiatives related to CTO Solutions
- Identifying trends and customer needs and ensuring the development of appropriate competencies and skills
- Implementation and ensuring efficient services as part of 2nd and 3rd level support for existing applications as well as all project, test and training activities
Your skills:
- Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, computer science or business informatics with a focus on business process management or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT process consulting and/or IT system development in a group or a specialized management consultancy for the engineering sector
- In-depth expertise and broad business understanding in the optimization of business processes in the area of product and series development, especially in the vehicle supplier sector
- Experienced leadership and management skills in globally distributed network teams as well as knowledge of matrix organizations. Proven leadership and communication skills when leading international teams
- Strong analytical skills, drive for innovation, customer orientation and high level of communication skills
- Willingness to go on (inter)national business trips
- Advanced knowledge of German and English (C1), knowledge of other languages advantageous
