Your tasks
- Assist our IT team with the administration, maintenance and optimisation of our IT infrastructure.
- Support the maintenance and backup of our server structure as well as troubleshooting, monitoring and incident management of the server and client landscape.
- Be the contact person for employees on all IT matters and install relevant IT systems (incl. mobile hardware) for new employees' workstations and rectify IT faults.
- Provide comprehensive and solution-orientated IT user support in the hardware and software environment, e.g. setting up VPN access, managing mail accounts, etc.
Your strengths
Experience:
You are currently studying (business) informatics, IT security, data science or a comparable subject and can demonstrate very good performance.
Know how:
You have initial experience in the configuration of IP networks (routers, switches, bridges, clients) and IT support. In addition, you can flexibly and quickly identify faults and install customised IT solutions. You have a high affinity for different computer systems (SW/HW) and topics such as virtualisation and containers arouse your interest; you can not only assemble complete PCs yourself, but also carry out software installations, repairs and error analyses.
Language:
Fluent German and good English skills are required.

You are a team player with strong communication skills and an independent and reliable way of working. You enjoy solving complex problems and are interested in "therapy" and gamification topics.
