Our client, an internationally renowned company, is actively seeking a Manager of Communications (m/f/d) to become part of their team. This role, which will be situated in Frankfurt, offers an exhilarating opportunity to immerse oneself in a wide array of external communications endeavours across the organisation. The successful candidate will have the honour of collaborating with partners, business developers and local PR teams to enhance the reputation of the organisation and position its experts in top-tier media.
What you'll do:
- Proactively manage and drive external communications
- Work closely with partners, business developers and local PR teams to boost the organisation's reputation
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to elevate its profile through various channels
- Generate engaging content such as videos and images to enhance the brand
- Position the company via awards and rankings
- Develop messaging around major firm announcements
- Develop social media campaigns and content
- Manage central publications including editorial planning, research, content collection and copy drafting
- Support central crisis response team and coordinate with local PR teams
What you bring:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a in-house communications role or Public Relations agency
- English language skills at C2 level and high accuracy in written and oral communication
- Exceptional writing skills including spelling, grammar, proofreading, and copywriting
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and social media channels
- Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Experience in international co-operation with a particular focus on sensitivity to cultural differences
