Your tasks:
- Varied tasks in the areas of transformation focusing on the engine of our company: the people.
- You can contribute your knowledge to developing our transformation roadmap
- You support the implementation and monitoring of people-focused initiatives throughout all our subsidiaries
- Active participation in preparing workshops both nationally and internationally
- You are dedicated to carrying out qualitative and quantitative analyzes/research and deriving initial options for action and recommendations
- You will be responsible for creating reports and other communication material for various stakeholders
Your skillset:
- Enrolled student in a bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, business, or similar
- Strength in building effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high degree of independence in developing your own solutions
- Structured and careful way of working
- Experienced use of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Advanced Power Point skills
- Very good English and German Skills
