Channel Portfolio & Trade Marketing Manager (all genders)

Channel Portfolio Management
- Analysis-based, strategic and content-related development of channel- and customer-specific products and project management in the execution process for product and packaging
- Co-responsibility for the further development of the channel-specific portfolio strategy and product range planning
- Generation of channel and category insights
- Conducting competitive analysis to identify growth potential and innovation opportunities
- Monitoring of channel/customer-specific key performance indicators, income statement and analysis of data to increase shelf meter productivity
- Continuous monitoring and optimization of the existing channel/customer-specific product range
- Roadshows and special areas: Development, planning, implementation and analysis of temporary spaces at the stationary POS to increase brand awareness and sell-out
- Tailor-made stores & activities: development, planning, implementation and analysis of individual permanent and temporary shop-in-shop solutions at the stationary POS
Your story so far:
- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/communication or comparable professional training in a commercial field
- You enjoy project management and have a strong focus on processes and results
- Ideally, you have experience in category management
- You have an affinity for numbers and analysis and enjoy working with other departments
- You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with your tasks
- You are able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- You work independently and are solution-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills - in German and English
