Job Description

In the area of Quality Control Testing of Biopharmaceuticals (bioassays, methods for purity and identity, physico-chemical and microbiological methods) at the site in Planneg/Munich we are looking for a new Team lead (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

- Responsibility for the organization and management of the department

- Ensuring efficient, economical, quality and timely analytics

- Ensuring that work is carried out under scientific and regulatory aspects (GMP)

- Optimizing the use of personnel, material and energy resources and managing CIP projects

- Coordination of work packages between client and laboratory

- Creation and conception of analytical procedures

- Creation of personnel planning and ensuring continuous employee and qualification development

Qualifications

- Completed university or technical college degree

- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a GMP environment

- Initial management experience is an advantage

- Entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility and communication and assertiveness skills

- Strong quality awareness

- Good knowledge of English and German
