Responsibilities include: • Conducting recruitment activities including campus drives, cold calling new and lateral candidates. • Handling joining formalities including Induction sessions, filing and document verification. • Handling confirmation process • Verifying and issuing HR letters • Updating all HRIS system and entry of employee information • Preparing reports and maintaining HR Dashboard • Sending Internal HR communications • Exit Formalities and Internal Closures
