With this organization I use my accounting expertise to review all financial processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, create a budget for expenses, and prepare an investment plan for this non-profit group providing support for nearly 2400 expatriates from 100 countries currently located in Vienna. - Created dashboards to display financial information in accessible fashion for members.

During this period I relocated from Moscow to Vienna, and took time off from my professional career to start my family. In addition to the volunteer involvement outlined above I participated in continuing professional development opportunities offered by the ACCA, maintaining a current knowledge of advances in the field and relevant laws and regulations, and finalized my ACCA accreditation. In addition, I have pursued intensive study of the German language.

In this earlier position I conveyed information about events, useful contacts and resources, kindergartens, and flea markets, forming a popular platform for communication among both old and new members. - Organized monthly events for around 60 members, such as nights out, movies, and excursions for children and parents.

With Energoprom Group I advanced to Head of Department in recognition of my strong contributions, as I was designated to create a previously outsourced IFRS department from scratch to process all required functions. As part of this process I established efficient internal workflow, designed reporting package forms, and verified the accuracy of content from our local departments.

During my time with PwC received a promotion to Experienced Audit Consultant after I had proved my expertise as an Audit Consultant. In both consultant roles I leveraged my in-depth knowledge of accounting procedures and regulations to deliver high quality consulting services to multiple clients. My duties included auditing the transformation of financial reports from local GAAP into both IFRS and US GAAP, including balance sheets, P & L, and group reporting.
