Provide quality systems leadership, using recognized standards as the basis for process development and optimization, procedure development, data collection and quality systems training. Develop and manage quality training programs. May participate directly in the design, development and inspection of technical projects or in the engineering work of the department. Perform Quality audits to assess the implementation of the Quality management system

QA/QC roles related to ensuring adherence to Aramco quality standards, international standards, ISO requirements, Inspection test plan and inspection checklists and best engineering practices. Ensure smooth handing over of project documents. Supervised or manage multi-discipline team of QC engineers and inspectors on site. Ensured continual improvement within the quality control systems and culture. Ensured that all construction activities offered for inspection meets the customer requirements.

Prepare inspection reports Ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and standards. Ensure the individual Quality Procedures are in line with ISO 9001-2008 and Project / Contract requirements. Develop and maintain the QC Monitoring process Ensure materials confirm to the approved specification and that material testing is carried out by approved testing laboratory.

Execute QA/QC inspection activities as per SAES, ASTM & ACI Standards. Inspection for FBE Reinforcing steel, Embedded Items and Form Closure of foundations, pedestals, manholes etc. Supervision of post concrete, concrete pouring, curing, repairing, water proofing etc. Coordinating with third party for various tests like ultrasonic test, rebound hammers, concrete slump etc. Raise NCR regarding unacceptable work at site.

Prepare an accurate purchase order of materials needed on site and review documents for materials requisition specifications. Prepare and implements work schedule in coordination with site engineer Plan and design major civil projects such as buildings, roads, bridges and waste management systems and structural steel fabrications Evaluate and recommend appropriate building and construction materials
