As Global Proposal Engineer (SIS/FGS/HIPPS/TMC/BMS) In position of Proposal Manager/Proposal Engineer, I`m responsible for the preparation of all assigned proposals ,budgets, schedules and cost estimates from concept through presentation to the customer (Worldwide, Specially in Europe & Latin Ameraca). Our aim is to meet as posible the customer requirement base on specification. Customer negotioation and technical clarification meeting until end of habdeling the order to engineering department.
