As Head of Engineering for Anchor Manufacturing, I direct a team of 8-10 engineers with an annual budget of 850 TCHF for development of new technologies and investment in new machines or extending the capacity of existing machines for production of anchors. I collaborate with the business unit on technical, manufacturing, and other business decisions. And, I make strategic relocation decisions related to the production of existing products and introduction of innovative new products.

As Head of Engineering for Anchor Manufacturing, I direct a team of 5-6 engineers with an annual budget of 500 TCHF for development of new technologies and investment in new machines or extending the capacity of existing machines for production of nails used for fastening on steel or concrete. And, I make strategic relocation decisions related to the production of existing products and introduction of innovative new products.

As Quality Engineer, I improved and maintained serial production quality in the Liechtenstein plant by developing and implementing inspection plans and publishing work flow documents and served as a consultant on quality control for partner plants. I introduced measuring equipment that was suitable for a production environment and the shop floor. To ensure quality production I evaluated existing manufacturing processes and modified those where necessary and introduced new processes as needed.
