Co-responsible for the establishment of a solutions business in Europe to create additional demand for Panasonic business systems products, and to develop new services for Panasonic to capture additional value-added opportunities and share of wallet. Managed the build-out and expansion of the initial strategic vision, obtaining buy-in of this strategy from the senior European and Global management team, and driving the conversion of the strategy into an executable route to market plan.

Key member of the sales pursuit team responsible for architecting services solutions for prospective clients seeking Business Process Outsourcing opportunities within Finance & Accounting. Engaged in all aspects of the pursuit process. Specific focus placed on technology and transformation strategies to determine core solution technology features, benefits and value-added approaches, as well as business case analysis for BPO opportunities and to message these to the prospective client.

Responsbile for development of business process automation software products and services as well as implementation and support services for ManagedPay, the leading application solution for automated invoice management built on the IBM FileNet P8 architecture.
