• Sw PM for top notch mega parking projects with premium customers (Diamler & Vw Group). Delivered different parking products within production and SOP timeline and assigned budget. On the same time achieved the OEM high focused quality requirements; ASPICE Capability Level & Safety Requirements (ISO 26262). • Participated in task force activities to secure production issues. (Electrical tests, Product validation tests, factory issues)

• Sw PM for the ParkMan – Surrounding View System – Daimler Manage the Sw development lifecycle as a Complete Sw Project : (Sw requirements, module design, sw development, integration, integration testing and sw testing)

• Initiated, standardized and deployed module quality framework across muti-site project teams in ParkMan. • Quality Team Leader where I have leaded ISO/TS organization initiative across the organization in addition to coaching, preparing the projects and participating in ASPICE assessments.

• Conducted all audit types for different product lines with respect to product line process (Vision Systems-Ultrasonic systems-Radar systems) • Lead the baseline audit for different product lines to give ship or no ship product decision. • Weekly and monthly process & product quality status reporting to the project and organization stakeholders. • Member of the iterative development life cycle group initiative for Quality Assurance process to develop, pilot and deploy new practices across Valeo sites.

• Define and track Process Improvement objectives and plans based on organization objectives • Identify & recommend improvement activities to Quality Management Board based on through understanding the organization strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. • Facilitate and manage the organization’s process improvement activities, including coordinating the participation of others. • Provide process consultation to project stakeholders while project execution.

• Appraisal Team Member in ITWorx formal appraisal for CMMI-Dev. Version 1.2 - level3 accreditation. • Develop SWOT analysis to understand ITWorx needs and improvement opportunities. • Plan & monitor ITWorx initiatives implementation which related to continuous process improvement strategy. • Lead Technical Working Groups to define new process and/or guideline; • Analyze ITWorx process implementation problems and suggest corrective preventive action items to eliminate problems.
