Besides developing, I motivate the team to improve its process and I enable these changes with other teams and the manage layer. I represent the team in meetings where cross-team decisions are made and I also, with other architects, create the architecture for new modules and existing ones.

I assure that the team is following the Scrum process, prepare all the Scrum ceremonies, clarify questions about the process and help my team by solving blocking issues on our environment, so the team can work more focused.

I develop with Java and and focus on the improvement of our current process (branching model, release pipeline, automatisation, etc) to have a more agile development.

Ich arbeite in einem Hochleistungsteam mit viele Talents. Wir verbessern unsere Kunden Personalberatung Management durch Cloud-basierte Lösungen die die Datenanalyse und Entscheidungsfindungsprozess möglich machen. Ich bin ein Teamleiter in einen Agile Team, wir benutzen Java, BDD, Continuous Integration, NoSQL und Relationalen Datenbanken. Unsere Lösungen sind Cloud-basierte, deswegen bin ich auch für Erstellung, Konfiguration und Wartung unseres Umgebungen in Amazon AWS verantwortlich.

After returning from Germany, I was invited to return to Stefanini and Dell. I worked in a project in the Dell’s services segment, which responds for the development of Dell’s software to be used by other companies. There I developed using .Net framework 3.5, VS 2008, Webservices, Team System Foundation and agile methods, playing an important role integrating old systems to my project’s system and developing new functionalities to it.

I worked as a developer for projects inside the company and also outsourced to Dell computer in distributed projects, communicating and working with professional around the globe. I used many technologies: .NET 2.0 and 1.1, JavaScript, MSBUILD, Reporting Services and the repositories Team System Foundation and SourceSafe. I also documented and I was responsible for deploys to test environments and supported deploys to production environments. For all the tasks the English language was broadly used.

I worked as a developer in a mobile project to PDA devices over Windows CE using C#. I also specified functional and technical requirements and executed test cases using the Visual Studio mobile devices emulator. I helped in the management keeping the documentation up to date and completing the tasks on time. After the end of the projects, I outsourced to HP developing a web application where I used the J2EE technology integrated with Tuxedo and the application server Weblogic.

Performing in the areas of researching and teaching, I taught informatics basics, tutored students to with university subjects and joined a software engineering and artificial intelligence research group called Intelligent Systems Engineering Group supported by a partnership between PUCRS and DELL. In the research group I developed a website using Java, JSP and database MySQL. As recognition of my work, I was requested to be responsible for developing a project used in a master degree thesis.
