New cyber threats and the growing attacks require a new level of cyber security resilience. The program is the umbrella of several initiatives in the IT operations and process definition to improve and to hardening our environment in our international premises.

Schwerpunkte sind die umfangreichen Abstimmungen aller IT Projekte mit den deutschen Betriebsräten auf lokaler sowie auf Airbus Group Ebene. Daneben leite ich das Programm zur Integration der IT im Business in den Cyber-Schutzschild der Division Airbus Defence and Space.

As CIO I am leading the Information Management Department with ~80 FTE's and a budget of ~40 MEUR. I am responsible for the Corporate Infratructure, the application landscape world wide with a special focus on IT- and Cyber Security to protect our sensitive Business. Main business applications (ERP, PLM, ...) are based on SAP complemented by a lot of Cloud solutions for support functions. Several digitalization Projects (Cloud- and Analytics Solutions, ...) will made Hensoldt fit for the future !

In This role I was responsibel for the change management project inside Airbus Defence and Space to create a new IM department out of three former independant units. Together with the management of the re-organization over 4 countries my task was the definition of the new process house, the new financial model and the realization of the business case. In parallel I was responsible for all M&A activities on behlf if IT.

-Responsible for the definition and the management of the IM project portfolio and the improvement of the project management process inside IM -Definition and improvement of the IM architecture; management of the architecture roadmap as basis for the IM service portfolio -Responsible for the definition and the governance of the IM Strategy based on the input from the Cassidian business strategy and in alignment with the EADS IM strategy

- Responsible for the lead the IM program office for the governance and the management and monitoring of all IS/IT projects out of a PMO OTOBOQ - Responsible for the measurement, assessment and continuously improvement of the IMS project management capabilities inclusive toolset - Responsible for the international service provisioning outside EADS home countries (DE,FR,ES,UK)

- Responsible for the operations and the strategical development of the IT infrastructure (user help desk, workplace infrastructure, data center, communications networks) inside the division DS in Germany, France, UK and RoW. - Responsible for the IT infrastructure projects inside DS and the alignment within the EADS. - Lead of the related teams (CoCs) with ~130 internal employees and the external contractors in the several countries.
