Über mich
I am an Assistant Professor at Radboud University in Nijmegen in the field of experimental condensed matter physics working to better understand the structural and electronic properties of semiconductors, topological matter and correlated electron systems under extreme conditions. My expertise includes design and management of research projects as group leader, supervision of junior staff, and the implementation of new experimental setups and techniques for fundamental research. I am convinced that teaching, mentoring, and pioneering research are highly complementary and should be treated as such. I am passionate about education and act as Program coordinator ‘Bachelor Physics & Astronomy' at the Faculty of Science. I enjoy working with people in a diverse, interdisciplinary and international environment. My colleagues would describe me as a driven leader and effective communicator who easily builds networks leading to a successful completion of projects.
