Prepare technical offer which includes System description, Flow sheets, Machinery list, and Proposal drawings, Deviation and Exclusion list, Battery limit, Utility requirement list, etc.

Supports projects by communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal dept. to propose necessary actions for project to meet result. Prepare Technical offer which includes System description, Flow sheets, Machinery list, GA drawings, Deviation & Exclusion list, Battery limit, Utility requirement list, etc. Executes accurate layout documentation and equipment sizing. Compiles timely and accurate documentation of plant layout/drawings. Follows up on layout related FQRs and resolve correctly on time.

Responsible for meeting the sales and profit plans as per targets. Techno Commercial knowledge to develop business proposal. Develop and deliver Service platform (Reliability Systems) business plan results. Drive Reliability system business portfolio in strong coordination with Distributor/End-user sales, Application Engineering, Key Account organizations. Drive new and existing service offers, products sales and marketing activities. Involved in the Key Account business development for Services.

Responsible for brown field, upgrades & retrofit proposals for globally to achieve the yearly sales target. Handles the proposal by collaborating with other functions (Sales, Process, Engineering, Civil, Electrical, Costing & estimation). Prepare technical offer (System description, Flow sheets, Machinery list, Proposal drawings, Deviation & Exclusion, Battery limit, Utility requirement list, etc. Execute projects to ensure the plant set up including coordination of issues (plant layout and plant design).

Provided technical expertise to sales. Supported team in delivering revenue commitments. Supported and ensured the timely completion of proposal. Supported bid reviews and proposal clarification meetings. Prepared the Proposal drawing and general plant layout. Managed daily priorities and worked on assigned projects. Prepared material calculation. Supported the customer with technical service. Established working relationship using clear and concise writing and speaking skills.

Worked with team of other engineers and outside contractors to perform repairs and upgrades to manufacturing machinery system. Performed inspections, service, and maintenance routines.
