With 10+ years of experience in research at world-leading institutions, I am passionately leading international and interdisciplinary teams in two core areas: digital transformation and workforce development. My teams often utilize innovative data science methods, for example, to examine how to leverage digital technologies to improve affective, behavioral, and cognitive outcomes across organizations at scale. The impact of my award-winning projects is evidenced in more than 120 publications and presentations in leading national and international venues.
